5Blue Process Equipment was established in 2009 by a group of industry veterans. Today, the company serves a growing base of domestic and international clients, delivering oil and gas processing systems engineered for real operating conditions and dependable performance in the field.
At 5Blue, all processing systems are custom built to meet defined client requirements and the demands of real-world applications. Our work spans concept development, detailed engineering, fabrication, assembly, transportation, and installation. A dedicated field service team remains available to support systems through commissioning and beyond.
Quality is foundational to how we operate. Quality assurance begins at the request-for-quotation stage and continues through every phase of engineering, manufacturing, and delivery. This disciplined approach supports predictable outcomes, reliable performance, and long-term confidence in the systems we deliver.
Located in Nisku, Alberta, our team can fulfill project requirements on an end-to-end basis, including concept initiation, engineering and design. Our facility contains the manufacturing, assembly, preparation, pipe spooling and component fabrication areas. Our finishing area consists of painting, building, insulation, electrical, instrumentation, and function testing.

Our safety program is continually evolving and monitored through ongoing safety analysis, education, training, and stringent compliance to applicable OHS standards and legislation to achieve a zero injury workplace. Our full time on-site health and safety representative is continuously reviewing our program for its emergency preparedness. Additionally, our fieldwork is designed through customer programs and requirements to ensure the highest safety standards for our employees.
